Wheel Packs

Each wheel pack base features positive locking for safe and secure stacking. Wheel packs are nestable by design for secure storage and efficient return shipping. Specially formed banding slots allow you to secure loads with non-metallic banding or shrink wrap for additional protection. Our wheel packs are compatible with conveyor systems and automated material handling devices, and are ISPM 15 exempt, cutting down on international time and costs.

Our competitively-priced trays, covers, and plastic pallets meet AIAG specifications and are available in standard commercial and passenger vehicle sizes. Commercial highway wheel packs (the CH2000 and CH 3000 series) come in five size configuration options to fit wheels from 16” to 24.5.” Passenger car wheel packs (the Proud Wheel and PC10000 series) come in 11 size configuration options to fit wheels from 13” to 22”. We also offer trays for raw castings and fully machined wheels.

Several options are also available to customize your wheel packs. Choose custom colors and formed-in logos for branding or product identification. You can also opt to attach shipping labels via wire tags. Ergonomic hand and robot holes can be included for more efficient hauling.
